The Development Services Division implements programs and activities under the federally
funded Community Development Program and other funding sources through Land Acquisition,
Demolition & Site Improvements, Relocation, Land Marketing and new home construction
through the non-profit Urban Neighborhood Development Corporation (UNDC). The division
provides engineering technical assistance to various divisions in the Planning & Urban
Development Department, the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and the Public
Utilities Bureau and also provides real estate services for various City departments.]
