ENTRY SUBMISSIONS

Writing entries:
Holocaust Arts and Writing Contest

All written entries must be submitted with two hard copies and as an electronic file (Microsoft Word 03 Compatible .doc document only).

Entries must be submitted in the following manner:

Save your Microsoft Word 03 Compatible .doc file to a CD (no floppy disks will be accepted) and mail with your two hard copies to Suzie Graham, Coordinator of Arts and Children’s Programs, Holocaust Arts and Writing Contest, The City of Akron, 166 S. High St., Room 200, Akron, OH 44308. Writing entries must be postmarked by January 29, 2010.

  • Label the CD with its contents. Teachers may submit one CD with all of their student entries. CD should be labeled with teacher’s name. Documents therein should be labeled with student’s name. Mail or drop off your two hard copies according to the instructions above.

OR

  • Send your Microsoft Word file by e-mail attachment to Entry.Holocaust@ci.akron.oh.us. (E-mail addresses are not case-sensitive.) Put the name of the composition in the subject line and the name of the school and the author in the message area. Mail or drop off your two hard copies according to the instructions above.

 

Visual Art and Multimedia entries:
Art and Multimedia entries must be delivered between 12 pm and 6:30 pm, January 27th, 28th or 29th to:
