| DEFINITION - This is skilled work in the installation and repair of plumbing, ventilation and heating equipment with the Akron Public Schools. An employee in this class installs, repairs, maintains and replaces plumbing and heating fixtures including, pipes, duct work and all mechanical pieces of equipment and checks and corrects air and water flow distribution problems in heating, air conditioning and hot and cold domestic flow water systems. | |
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Graduation from an accredited High School or G.E.D.
A minimum of three years of experience at the skilled level in the plumbing and heating trade including a minimum of one year of experience in steam pipe fitting
Valid State of Ohio Drivers License
