*Basketball court will be closed Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm for Boot Camp class.

Come join us for a sure fire workout designed to burn lots of calories and reduce your body fat. We teach you how to breathe to create better stamina; which helps you to be more efficient in burning calories. This class also offers strength training to build a toned body and core conditioning to develop a leaner midsection. You will feel and see the results in no time. Just stay on track with a healthy eating plan and you'll be the envy of everyone you know!

Aqua Boot Camp: Pool, Instructor, Pat
M W F S: 12:30pm – 1:30 pm

Have you always wanted to try a boot camp class but knew your knees or back couldn't take the pounding pressure? Well, we have the solution for you. Why not take an aqua boot camp class? The only one of its kind in town! This class allows you to jump, hop, skip, and run without the undue stress on your joints. This is one fun class that will get you going and trim you down in no time. But for best results, always incorporate a healthy diet!

Pilates: Aerobic room, Instructor, Pat
Sat: 10:30 am – 11:15 am

Step Aerobics: Aerobic room, Instructor, Danielle
Tue & Thu: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Moderate to High Impact in this high energy Step Aerobics class. We will combine the step routine (35-45 mins), with abs (10 mins) and weight lifting (15 mins). Basic Step Aerobics will be used to tone and strengthen the lower body while we also build stamina when adding fun intensity moves in each segment. Weights will be used to sculpt the upper body and give beautiful shape to arms, shoulders and back - with added benefits to the legs and glutes. We will also focus on abdominals while on the mat to strengthen our core and flatten the belly with a series of intense crunch-like moves to trim inches. Finishing with a cool-down to relax the mind and add flexibility to the body.
