Welcome to the Akron Parks page! Parks and green-spaces within the City of Akron total more than 2,200 acres, providing a variety of recreational opportunities for Akron residents and the surrounding communities.
This page is designed to allow you to select a park either by park name, park type, or location by Ward. You can also search for parks by the type of facility or amenities present. For your convenience, only parks within the City of Akron with developed amenities are listed. Small open spaces, unmaintained natural areas, and areas without user amenities have not been included. Park descriptions and map links are provided to assist in finding a park for you.
