JOYCE worked in the Private Industry Council (PIC) Department until July 24, 1995 when she transferred to the Police Department Record Room, where she competently and efficiently completed the department's payroll, which is the largest in the City. JOYCE has been assigned to work in the Services Subdivision Administrative Office since April 26, 2001.

JOYCE is a very conscientious and efficient employee. In addition to her regular duties, she is always willing to take on additional responsibilities and many times volunteers for other assignments. She has been willing to work evenings to accomplish tasks without complaint

JOYCE grew up in Norton and now lives with her husband, Ron, in the Kenmore area. They have been married 15 years. JOYCE has two children, Tommy and Nikki, as well as two stepdaughters, Laura and Kristi. She also has two grandsons, Brayden and Jacye, and a pet Schnoodle, "Ruffles".

JOYCE enjoys spending time with her family especially being involved with her grandsons in football, basketball, baseball and swimming. She also enjoys bowling and shopping.

JOYCE has a great passion for the ocean and looks forward each year to her family's fun-in-the sun vacation at Myrtle Beach, where she combs the beach for shells and sharks' teeth and just relaxing in the sun.

JOYCE FRAME is a model employee whose diligence and professionalism is a great asset to the police department and the City of Akron.
