| DETECTIVE FRANK HARRAH
began his career with the Police Department on December 26, 1994. He became a detective in
1999. DETECTIVE HARRAH’S duties include investigating major crimes such as
rapes, robberies, felonious assaults and homicides. HE is also responsible for
interviewing victims, witnesses and interrogating suspects. DETECTIVE HARRAH
works with the Major Crimes Unit of the Detective Bureau during the 3pm – 11pm shift.
HE is hardworking, diligent and resourceful. FRANK is proficient in computer
based investigative techniques including computer composites, law enforcement, public
record searches and the Summit County Jail database. Through these techniques, he has been
able to pull minor pieces of information together that have resulted in convictions in
major homicide cases within the last five years.
DETECTIVE HARRAH and his wife Pat, are active members of St. Vincent’s
Church. In their spare time they like to travel and spend time with family members. |
