SCOTT DAVENPORT stated his career with
the City of Akron in the Engineering Bureau in June, 1990 as an Engineering Technician I. SCOTT
was promoted to his current position of Engineering Technician III. SCOTT played
a major role in the construction of Ascot Industrial Park Phase II. HE coordinated
the infrastructure project with two developers projects which brought two new companies
into the industrial park. Throughout the course of the project, SCOTT kept the
project within the budget and made sure that existing businesses had access and were able
to remain open.
HE and his wife, Carla, live in Coventry Crossing with their two sons. SCOTT enjoys
photography and his children’s activities.
SCOTT is a great role model and shows job flexibility by multi-tasking in
various divisions of engineering.
