| KIM M. RYAN began her career with the City of
Akron on August 9, 1993 as a Clerical Intern for the Planning Department. On June 20, 1994
she became full time. KIM has worked for the Planning Department and the Health Department
before transferring to the Finance Department. On April 2, 2003 KIM was promoted to her
present position of Accounts Analyst II. KIM is
responsible for the preparation, monitoring and maintenance of several
departments/divisions operating budgets. She actively participates in the preparation of
the budget book that is presented to City Council. Kim works on sections of the
Comprehensive Annual Financial Report where completion in a timely fashion is essential.
In addition to her regular job duties, Kim has been instrumental in completing several
projects as requested by Finance Administration. |

KIM attended the University of Akron where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration/Finance in May, 2000. She and Jason recently bought a new home. They have a
pet rabbit named Cosmo and a chocolate Labrador puppy named Rooney. They have been members
of the Akron Turner Club for many years. In her spare time, KIM enjoys golfing, shopping,
reading, exercising and spending time with her family, including her pets.KIM is efficient and extremely organized and a pleasure to work
with. |
